Police find Park Ji Sun’s and her mother’s message letters

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The death of South Korean comedian Park Ji Sun and his mother continues to be investigated by the Seoul City Police.

Police found their bodies at Park Ji Sun’s residence in Seoul’s Mapo district on Monday (11/2/2020) around 1:44 p.m. KST.

At the 35-year-old comedian’s residence, police found a page from a letter allegedly written by Park Ji Sun’s mother.

However, investigators were reluctant to reveal the contents of the letter due to the family’s request.

It is known that Park Ji Sun was previously in treatment for an unspecified illness and the mother was living with him.

The police investigation into the residence stemmed from reports that Park Ji Sun’s father was unable to contact his wife or children.

Park Ji Sun graduated from Korea University and debuted as a comedian in 2007 after winning a KBS TV audition.
