Meanwhile, Mahyeldi-Audy’s legal team leader Miko Kamal said he received a subpoena from Bareskrim Polri on Monday (11/23) to provide information. Because he was ill, he sent two team members to Bareskrim on Tuesday (12/24).

Regarding the complaint of the case, Miko explained that his party denounced Mulyadi to West Sumatra Bawaslu on Thursday (11/12) with the suspicion that the campaign was out of schedule because he appeared on TV One’s “Coffee Break” day. The reason was that the television campaign could only be carried out 14 days before the vote, while Mulyadi appeared on TV One outside of this period.
