Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Chairman of the Prosperous Justice Party (MCC) Ahmad Syaikhu appealed to the PKS cadres for votes from people who were not satisfied with the performance of the president. Joko widodo. He said that the number of people who were not satisfied with Jokowi’s performance was very large.

“The voices of the people who are not satisfied must be secured in order to anchor the Prosperous Justice Party,” Syaikhu told a PKS virtual regional conference on Sunday (12/27).

It revealed a Kompas R&D survey that found that 52.5 percent of the public was dissatisfied with the one-year performance of Jokowi’s management. The survey, he said, was conducted in October 2020.

Syaikhu said that the 52.5 percent of people who were dissatisfied with Jokowi’s performance were not a small number. Therefore, he hopes that PKS can get the vote to win the 2020 legislative and presidential elections.

“The public’s expectations for PKS are very high. This is the impetus to make PKS a bigger party,” he said.

Based on these conditions, Syaikhu said that the 2024 elections were the impetus for PKS to win. He recalled that the results of the National Conference had determined that the PKS would obtain a minimum of 15 percent of the votes or an increase of 6.79 percent compared to the legislative elections of 2019.

In addition, he reminded the PKS National Conference to decide to bring cadres to become president or vice president in the 2024 presidential elections.

“This is not something light, but neither is it something that is impossible to achieve,” Ahmad said.

The PKS Central Leadership Council held the V Regional Conference today after holding the National Conference some time ago. In this regional deliberation, the PKS DPP received the PKS management report for the period 2015-2020.

“As General Secretary of the DPP PKS, representing the central level leadership council, I said that I received the work report submitted by the Regional Advisory Council, the Regional Management Council and the Sharia Regional Council (PKS) for the period 2015-2020, “Aboe said at PKS Muswil virtually.

Aboe also said that the PKS management for the period 2015-2020 was declared demisionary in the PKS Regional Muswil V. DPP PKS expressed its gratitude to the cadres who have fought in the last five years.

In addition, Aboe conveyed that the new administration led by Ahmad Syaikhu should carry out the trust well. He asked all the cadres not to be complacent, especially DPW, in promoting SMEs.

Specifically, Aboe said there were two tasks for the DPW going forward, namely adding cadres and increasing the number of seats in 2024.

“So management’s job should focus on these two things. There’s no need to look to the right, look to the left, nothing. DPW, just the horse’s eye,” he said.

On the same occasion, the Deputy Secretary General of the PKS, Zainudin Paru, read the inauguration letters of 34 DPTW PKS for the period 2020-2025. Zainudin conveyed that the last management of PKS DPW was the result of the decision of DPP PKS.

The PKS is one of the political parties that participated in the 2019 legislative elections. At that time, the PKS managed to gather 11,493,663 votes (8.21 percent). With that number of votes, PKS has 50 seats in the DPR, or a 10-seat increase from 40 seats in the previous Pileg.

PKS is known as the opposition party to the government of President Joko Widodo. In the 2019 presidential elections, PKS supported the Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno couple.
