Perverted motorcyclists on the road turn out to be husband and wife, police still prepare criminal articles

KOMPAS.com – Police arrested two people who were recorded committing obscenities on a motorcycle that stopped at Jalan Raya Kenjeran towards the Suramadu Bridge, Surabaya.

Kasat Reskrim Surabaya Police Commissioner Oki Ahadian said the two men claimed to be husband and wife.

According to him, the man seen in the video is AS (41) and the woman with the initials ES (31).

Currently, Surabaya Police investigators are intensively investigating the married couple.

“An investigation into the action in the video is underway,” Oki said when confirmed, on Saturday (12/19/2020).

Threatened criminal

Although they are husband and wife, the police continue to prepare criminal articles to catch them.

“We are preparing article 281 of the Penal Code on decency in public and articles on pornography,” said Oki.

Oki added that the police were collecting evidence and witnesses related to the case.

Police are also looking for a video recorder to be questioned as a witness.

“We do not have a witness who saw it directly, so we are looking for a video recorder,” he explained.
