PAN, Golkar, Nasdem and PSI reject Anies’ APBD report in DPRD

Some of the factions in the plenary session DPRD with the Provincial Government (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta Reject the accountability report on the implementation of the Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) by the Governor. Anies Baswedan and ranges.

Several factions immediately rushed to propose a halt, most of which rejected Governor Anies Baswedan’s Accountability Report for the Use of APBD (P2APBD).


Factions that rejected the P2APBD included the PAN, Golkar, NasDem and PSI factions. For information, there are 106 DPRD members for the 2019-2024 period that are divided into nine factions, namely PDIP (25), Gerindra (19), PKS (16), Democrat (10), PAN (9) , PSI (8), NasDem (7), Golkar (6), PKB and PPP (6).

“Representing female leaders and my youngest rejecting P2APBD because there is no transparency. We are a useless break three times if it is not followed up,” said DKI Jakarta DPRD Vice President Zita Anjani.

Zita asked Anies, as CEO, to follow up on the results of her break.

“We are not here just for the kunker (working visit), please let the governor appreciate us. We question the results of our recess, ”said the DPRD member of the PAN faction.

In this plenary session, the Governor plans to deliver an explanation of the Governor’s Raperda on Revocation of Perda No. 11/2014 on the Jakarta Center for Islamic Development Studies and the Raperda on Revocation of Perda No. 10/1999 on Regional Reserve Funds, as well as Raperda on Dharma Jaya Regional Public Companies.

The Plenary Meeting will end with the presentation of the results of the recess of the two leaders and members of the Jakarta Provincial DKI DPRD for Fiscal Year 2020.

To make themselves known, the order of business for this Monday’s plenary session is to approve two Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) to become Regional Regulations (Perda).

The two Raperdas include P2APBD for fiscal year 2019 and Perda Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 16 on Parking Tax.
