JAKARTA Action Committee to Save Indonesia (USA) all Java declares its attitude towards content Police Chief Information No Mak / 1 / I / 2021 on compliance with the Ban on the use of symbols and attributes and the cessation of activities of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI). This attitude statement was signed by our Presidium Jawa Tegah Mudrick Setiawan Salakan Mangidu, WE DIY Syahkri Fadholi, WE East Java Daniel Mohammad Rasyid, WE West Java Syafril Sjofyan and WE DKI Jakarta Djuju Purwantoro

WE, as a moral movement that is strongly committed to guarding the path of the nation and the state in accordance with the noble ideals of the founding fathers, the Proclamation of August 17, 1945, the Constitution of 1945 and the state foundation of Pancasila , we feel compelled to express our attitude.

Article 28F clearly establishes that “everyone has the right to communicate and obtain information to develop their personal and social environment and the right to search, obtain, possess, store, process and transmit information using all available channels.”

We in Java also declare that repressive methods and Human Rights and Law Enforcement (HAM) violations or ‘detournement de pouvoir’ should be criticized and avoided, in accordance with the concept and mechanism of ‘due process of law’ . Third, WE in Java reveal that truth and honesty are important basic attitudes that must be maintained and developed in the life of the nation and state in accordance with the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila ideology.

“Therefore, WE in Java ask and urge the Chief of Police to revoke the Declaration, because it is not in line with the principles of a democratic state, a rule of law, it is not in line with the 45 Constitution and Pancasila”, wrote the request for OUR presidium in Java.
