Habib Rizieq Shihab’s whereabouts after leaving UMMI Bogor Hospital until he was named a suspect in the crowd case remained unclear. In response to this, lawyer Aziz Yanuar said that the police were aware of Habib Rizieq’s whereabouts.
“What is clear is that the police will surely know (Habib Rizieq’s whereabouts), because he is at his residence,” Aziz Yanuar told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, on Friday (11/12/2020).
However, when asked further about Habib Rizieq’s current position, Aziz Yanuar declined to provide information.
“For the place I can’t say, I’m sorry,” he said.
For information, Habib Rizieq has been subpoenaed by the police twice. The Polda Metro Jaya investigator who subpoenaed Habib Rizieq was unable to meet with him.
The summons was received by his family. Until Habib Rizieq was finally named a suspect, his existence remained a mystery.
So far, Habib Rizieq is known to be in 4 locations. The first location is in Petamburan, in central Jakarta. In Petamburan, Habib Rizieq is known to have celebrated the birthday of Prophet Muhammad SAW and the wedding of his fourth daughter and received guests after returning from Saudi Arabia.
