The second best time was set by Viñales, who was only 0.040 seconds behind Miguel Oliveira’s best time. The results of the FP1 MotoGP Portugal 2020 placed Aleix Espargaró in third place with a time difference of approximately 0.1 seconds from Oliveira.
Lorenzo Savadori, who has replaced Bradley Smith in the last three 2020 MotoGP series, managed to set the fourth fastest time in this session. Pol Espgararo and Cal Crutchlow remain in the next two positions in this FP1 MotoGP Portugal 2020 session.
Meanwhile, Joan Mir, who returned to action on the track after confirming the 2020 MotoGP world title in Valencia last weekend, is in seventh position. The time is 0.734 seconds behind Miguel Oliveira.
The series of activities on the Portimao track will continue today with the second training session, also known as FP2, in the evening. Training will continue on Saturday (11/21) tomorrow, and the qualifying session will continue on Saturday night WIB.
