“FDR notes that at an altitude of 600 meters, autopilot active start or contract“, said Soerjanto, in the press conference that was transmitted Compass TV on Wednesday (10/2/2021).

ATC also predicts that the change will cause the SJ 182 plane to meet another plane, departing from the same airport at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, with the same destination, Pontianak.

“So SJ 182 was asked to stop climbing at an altitude of 11,000 feet,” Nurcahyo said.

At 14:39:47 WIB, the aircraft began to turn left as it passed at an altitude of 10,600 feet and was at 046 degrees.

“The left engine power control lever moves rearward, or throttle the left moves backwards, the right remains fixed, ”Nurcahyo said.

“After this altitude the plane began to descend, autopilot inactive or disengage, the direction of the plane at that time was 016 degrees, ”Nurcahyo said.
