JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Pol Fadil Imran emphasized that no organization (ormas) or community group should be placed above the state.

“There is not a single group or mass organization that stands above the state, much less these organizations have committed a crime,” Fadil said in Polda Metro Jaya, on Friday (11/12/2020).

“What is the crime? Do it Hate speech, inciting, spreading hate speech, spreading fake news, it happened over and over again for years, “he added.

Fadil stressed that there is no choice but to enforce the law against the mass organizations and groups that carry out these actions.

“So I have to do a strict enforcement of the law against a model like this. There is no going back, we must end this,” said Fadil.

Fadil said that mass organizations that act like bullies must be dealt with firmly because in addition to making the community uncomfortable, they will also break the existing fabric of diversity.

“Besides this being a criminal act, this can also damage the community’s sense of comfort, it can tear apart our diversity, because we use social identities, whether ethnic or religious. No! This country is built from diversity ”, said Fadil.

Furthermore, if the police carry out law enforcement against a mass organization or group, it is because of social order and order.

“So if Polda Metro Jaya arrests, processes group law or anyone, then it is because this country needs social order, we need social order,” he said.
