JAKARTA – Workers with private bank accounts have reportedly received disbursements Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in the form of a wage subsidy of IDR 1.2 million. Previously, the social assistance disbursement (bansos) was only granted to workers who had state bank accounts such as BNI and Bank Mandiri.

The Halo BCA administrator also answered these questions.

Earlier, the head of the Public Relations Office of the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) Soes Hindarno said that for private banks it will take five days. This is because the sending and processing of data to private banks must be careful.

“We will transfer all of this, but for private banks it can work for five days because we have to be careful in principle,” Soes said.

He continued that currently the government is still collecting the data provided by BP Jamsostek regarding the data of the participants. This is because this data must be validated.
