KOMPAS.com – The arrogant act allegedly carried out by unscrupulous members of the Pasimasunggu Police Brigadier M.

This is because when they found out that the neighbors’ cows had entered the police sleeping area, they did not drive them out, but shot them dead.

The cow is known to belong to Samsuddin (74), a resident of Kembang Ragi Village, Pasimasunggu District, Selayar, South Sulawesi.

As a result of this action by this police officer, Samsuddin’s plan to sell a cow to make ends meet and pay for his son’s education has disappeared.

“So when the cow gave birth, the child was sold to pay for tuition and other necessities. Currently the father is older, he can no longer work hard. Of course, he is very sad when he finds out that the cow he has been raising is dead, “said Samsuddin’s son Syahrul. when confirmed, Kompas.com, Thursday (3/9/2020).

Syahrul said that the incident of the shooting of his father’s cattle took place on Sunday, August 16, 2020.

After the incident, mediation efforts were made.

However, so far these police officers have not provided clarity on the cost of compensation.

“Initially they offered my father 3 million rupees. But I did not agree because the price of the cows was 10 million rupees,” he said.

“But so far there has been no replacement. Hopefully the police act quickly because we need him too,” Syahrul added.
