BOLASPORT.COM – Monster Energy Yamaha Team Director Massimo Meregalli regrets the results achieved by Valentino Rossi in the 2020 Emilia Romagna MotoGP race.

Valentino Rossi bites his fingers again for not fulfilling his ambition to finish on the podium in his home race, MotoGP Emilia Romagna 2020, which takes place at the Misano circuit, San Marino, on Sunday (9/20/2020 ).

Never mind finishing in the top 3, Rossi couldn’t finish the race.

Could not finish the alias I do not finish (DNF) after experimenting shock at turn 4 of the second lap.

Indeed, in the San Marino MotoGP race, which also took place at the Misano circuit, last weekend, Rossi almost finished third without being overtaken by Joan Mir (Suzuki Ecstar) on the final lap.

This result also made Massimo Meregalli feel disappointed and regretful.

Furthermore, Valentino Rossi abandoned the race on the second lap.

“It’s a shame to see the opportunity for Valentino Rossi to get on the podium to have flown and finish early,” said Meregalli, as quoted by BolaSport.com from the official Yamaha website.

“Especially since this is his home race and he feels very competitive. It’s a shame, but this can happen in a race,” he said again.
