Yamaha continues to dominate free practice in MotoGP in Aragon. In the second session, Maverick Vinales became the fastest rider followed by Fabio Quartararo and Franco Morbidelli.
Taking place at MotorLand Aragon, on Friday (10/16/2020) at WIB night, Viñales recorded a time of 1 minute 47.771 seconds. The official Yamaha team rider improved his time at the top of the previous session.
Quartararo ranks second with 0.249 seconds behind Viñales. This Petronas Yamaha SRT rider was the fastest in the final rounds before Viñales took over.
Quartararo’s teammate Morbidelli is in third place 0.730 seconds ahead of Viñales. The Brazilian mestizo Italian is ahead of Joan Mir and Cal Crutchlow, who complete the top five.
Repsol Honda rider Alex Márquez completed his second free practice in eighth position, losing four laps from the previous one despite being faster. Alex was behind the Espargaró brothers; Aleix ranks sixth, followed by his younger brother, Pol.
Ducati is not yet in Aragon. Following Andrea Dovizioso who had to settle for being 13th, Jack Miller and Danilo Petrucci were 14th and 15th respectively.
