KOMPAS.com – Today Tuesday (9/22/2020) begins the distribution of internet fees assistance by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud).
PAUD students get a 20GB per month internet quota package with 5GB details for the general fee and the 15GB study fee.
Elementary and high school students get 35 GB per month, with 5 GB details for the general quota and the 30 GB learning quota.
Then the Internet Quota Package for PAUD and Primary and Secondary Education Teachers gets 42 GB per month with details of the general 5 GB quota and 37 GB learning quota.

While the Internet quota package for students and teachers is 50 GB per month, with details of the general quota of 5 GB and the study quota of 45 GB.
The distribution of Internet data quotas takes place over four months, from September to December 2020.
Quota distribution schedule
Internet data quota assistance for the first month:
Phase I from September 22 to 24, 2020.
Phase II from September 28 to 30, 2020.
Internet data quota assistance for the second month:
Phase I from October 22 to 24, 2020.
Phase II from October 28 to 30, 2020.
Internet data quota assistance for the third and fourth months is sent simultaneously:
Phase I from November 22 to 24, 2020.
Phase II from November 28 to 30, 2020.

Internet data quota assistance for the first and second months is valid for 30 days each from the time educators and students’ cell phone numbers receive the Internet data quota.
Meanwhile, 3rd and 4th month internet data quota assistance sent concurrently in November will be valid for 75 days from the time the educator and student mobile numbers have received the internet data quota.
Each beneficiary can only receive internet data quota assistance for one cell phone number per month.
Divided into general quota and study quota
With reference to the 2020 Technical Assistance Guidelines on Internet Data Quotas, the form of assistance provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture is in the form of Internet data quotas with details divided into general quotas and learning quotas.

The general quota is the quota that can be used to access all the pages and applications.
Meanwhile, the Study Fee is a fee that can only be used to access learning pages and apps, with a list at http://kuota-belajar.kemdikbud.go.id/.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Ainun Na’im, invited the public to conduct joint supervision.
“We invite the public to jointly monitor the implementation of the assistance of Internet data quotas. If there are indications of irregularities, citizens can report it to the Ministry of Education and Culture,” ordered Ainun, according to the website of the Ministry of Education and Culture, this Monday (9/21/2020).
