Liverpool are making the closest journey than any other English team during the group stage of the Champions League. Followed by Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City.
The 2020/2021 Champions League group draw took place on Thursday (1/10/2020) at WIB night. The 32 best teams in Europe are classified into eight different groups.
Liverpool, as Premier League champions, join in Group D with Ajax Amsterdam, Atalanta and FC Midtjylland. Meanwhile, Manchester City filled Group C with FC Porto, Olympiakos and Olympique de Marseille.
Manchester United are included in Group H with Paris Saint-Germain, RB Leipzig and Istanbul Basaksehir. Chelsea are also in Group E and will face Seville, Krasnodar and Rennes.

There is also the furthest trip from City, when they visited Olympiacos in Greece, at a distance of 2,623 km from Manchester. However, Pep Guardiola’s team has covered the furthest total of up to 5,085km when added to their away games in Porto (1,450km) and Marseille (1,012km).
