Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

The Electoral Council of Michigan, United States officially certifies the victory Joe biden Monday (11/23), closing the way to Donald Triumph who tried to resist defeat.

As quoted from AFPThe council said Biden won nearly 156,000 votes, ahead of Trump.

The ratification is likely to end Trump’s attempts to reverse the outcome in Michigan, one of the states he must rule to win the election.

Trump has repeatedly claimed that there was fraud in the November 3 election.

Without showing any evidence, the incumbent admitted defeat due to the state’s fraudulent voting and counting practices.

After the Democratic voting pool that includes Detroit passed the vote last week, Trump immediately summoned Republican lawmakers in the state to Washington for talks.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said the decision of the board, which is made up of two Democrats and two Republicans, made it clear that the elections were conducted fairly and safely. “And the results accurately reflect the voters.”

Last weekend, the judge rejected a lawsuit filed by Donald Trump’s camp regarding the vote counting process in the state of Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court also rejected Trump’s other lawsuit on the counting of mailed votes on Monday.

Pennsylvania counties have a Monday deadline to approve ballots. The results are then sent to the state which then announces the winner.

Pennsylvania’s secretary of state has until Nov. 30 to confirm it, but it will most likely be completed this week, an official said.

Meanwhile, Georgia certified Biden’s victory last Friday after a recount.

Nevada, one of the states that Trump has also questioned, will pass the vote on Tuesday.

Two other states that Trump has also opposed, Wisconsin and Arizona, have until next week to finalize the count.
