Tommy continued, Maybank Indonesia applies the high security standards for the digital banking system regulated by the authorities to ensure the integrity and security of funds and all customer transactions. “Regarding customer complaints we have received since last June regarding the loss of funds of Rs 72 million in bank accounts, our investigation shows that there has been a transfer of funds through the customer’s mobile banking,” he explained .

Our research also shows that third party customer account fund transfer transactions are made in accordance with the mechanism and have passed through the security features stipulated in transactions via mobile banking.
