Suara.com – The main expert staff of the Office of the Presidential General Staff Donny Gahral Adian spoke about the action 1310 against the Employment Creation Law that was carried out by various mass organizations such as PA 212, the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) and GNPF Ulama .

In addition to rejecting the Job Creation Act, the 1310 protesters also demanded President Joko Widodo to resign.

He considered that this action was not a moral movement but a political movement.

“Yes, it is a political movement, not a purely moral movement that wants to test a policy,” Donny said when contacted by Suara.com, on Tuesday (10/13/2020).

Donny said it is not history that no president has resigned due to the product of the legislation. This is because the product of the law is produced jointly by the government and DPR.

“Because no president resigns only because of a law made with the government and the DPR. Nothing in the history of the president’s resignation because of a product of the legislation, which is a joint effort between parliament and the government,” he said.

That’s why Donny thinks the demands of the 1310 estate are absurd.

“So this has to be considered, which means that the demands of Jokowi or the president to resign are too far away and make no sense,” he said.

Previously, the mass of action 1310 from the National Anti-Communist Alliance (ANAK) NKRI, PA 212, FPI and GNPF Ulama held a demonstration, one of which was the rejection of the Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law, on Tuesday (10/13 / 2020). They come with various demands.
