The Anti-Corruption Society of Indonesia (MAKI) will present a series of additional evidence related to the Djoko Tjandra case to the KPK. One of them is related to the term ‘my father-my father’ in MA’s fatwa settlement plan of lawyer Djoko Tjandra, Anita Dewi Kolopaking (ADK) and prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari.

The MAKI coordinator, Boyamin Saiman, explained that a few days ago he had delivered a series of material for supervision to the KPK on the Djoko Tjandra corruption case that involves officials and prosecutors of the National Police. Coming to the KPK tomorrow is a follow-up.

“Yesterday I received WA and an email from Public Relations from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), if there is evidence, I started collecting evidence, leaking my friends. If you wish, come back to the KPK tomorrow. I will present the evidence, “Boyamin told reporters at the ACLC KPK building in South Jakarta on Tuesday (9/15/2020).

Boyamin did not mention what evidence he would present to the KPK. However, he said, with a series of evidence that he will present, it can be used as material for KPK investigators to find a common thread in the Djoko Tjandra corruption case.

“Hopefully with this material the KPK can make a red thread from the 3 tracks of ‘my father-your father’, then related to the initials, related to P inviting R to meet with the leadership, the last one is related to fatwas and clemency, ”he said.

Boyamin also hopes that the KPK can take over the dispute over the Djoko Tjandra case. According to him, from the human rights side, he felt sorry for Djoko Tjandra because the case was in 2 institutions, namely the AGO and the National Police.

“KPK, hopefully later after analyzing the evidence I have given, my best hope is assumed. Because this also says I feel sorry for Djoko Tjandra, because Djokcan is suspect 3, fake letters, giver of police officers, giver of prosecutors. This is a case. If the action continues or which is the heaviest, and that is all the KPK can do to withdraw it, “he explained.

As is known, MAKI provided additional material for the title of the Djoko Tjandra case to the Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (KPK). MAKI asked the KPK to explore the terms ‘hers father’ and ‘my father’ in the fatwa MA settlement plan by lawyer premio Tjandra, Anita Dewi Kolopaking (ADK) and prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari.
