David Luiz continues to play although he has to bandage his head because he is bleeding. Arsenal’s careless actions were criticized by their own fans.

However, Luiz only played for a while before being replaced by Rob Holding early in the second half. Arsenal’s decision to continue playing with Luiz, who suffered severe bleeding after the aerial duel, was questioned.
