Real Madrid got the perfect points when they played the away game against Levante at the LaLiga event. The meringues won emphatically 2-0.

The Spanish League match brings Levante vs Madrid. The duel of the two teams was held at the Estadio de la Cerámica, on Sunday afternoon (10/4/2020) WIB.

Real Madrid scored in the 16th minute with a Vinicius ball. Los Blancos 1-0 lasted until halftime.

The course of the match

Real Madrid appeared immediately to attack from the first minute of the game. However, there were no dangerous attempts by the visitors in the first 10 minutes.

Objective! Madrid opened the scoring first in the 16th minute. Vinicius Junior put his name on the scoreboard.

From a Luka Modric corner kick that was cleared by Levante’s rearguard, the ball landed at the feet of Vinicius who was then kicked into Levante’s goal. Madrid is ahead 1-0.

Levante tries to catch up. The hosts came close to equalizing in the 30th minute with a Nikola Vukcevic header hitting the crossbar.

There are no additional goals until entering the break. The first half closed with Madrid’s 1-0 lead.

At the beginning of the second half, Madrid had a golden opportunity through Karim Benzema. The French forward received a mature pass from Modric and fired a shot, but the ball hit the post.

Madrid threatened again through Vinicius in the 52nd minute. Receiving the ball on the right side of the Levante defense, the Brazilian forward kicks a ball that slides finely over the edge of the goal.

Levante threatened again in the 59th minute. Enis Bardhi’s shot slipped low towards Madrid’s goal, but Thibaut Courtois stopped the ball with his foot.

Madrid scored in the 67th minute with a header from Sergio Ramos, taking advantage of a free kick from Modric. The match was stopped because the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) reviewed Ramos’ goal that was considered offside.

The VAR decided that Ramos’ goal was invalid due to an offside offense by Ramos. The 1-0 score was unchanged.

Objective! Madrid scored the second goal in the second half of added time through Benzema. He made a solo run from near midfield and fired a shot from the Levante penalty area that broke the visitors’ nets.

Benzema’s goal closed the duel of the two teams at the same time. Real Madrid won 2-0.
