PLN once again provides the COVID-19 stimulus for the users of the electrical services of this state company. Free token claims for October 2020 can be obtained by accessing www.pln.co.id.

In addition to logging into www.pln.co.id, customers can also enjoy COVID-19 stimulus assistance via WhatsApp number 08122-123-123. PLN’s COVID-19 stimulus has been going on for several months in the form of free electricity tokens and discounted bills.

Free electricity tokens are awarded to 450VA prepaid customers, with the most usage in the last three months. Meanwhile, 450 VA postpaid customers are subject to a free electric bill for charge and use fees.

The COVID-19 stimulus is also awarded to PLN 900 VA postpaid customers, in the form of electricity bill relief. The electricity bill is paid at 50 percent for load and use rates. For 900 prepaid VA customers, each month they get free tokens from the highest 50 percent usage in the last three months.

Here’s how to get discounts and free electricity tokens for October 2020 through the PLN website

1. Click www.pln.co.id

2. Select the COVID-19 stimulus menu (free / discounted tokens)

3. Enter the customer ID or meter number and other required data

4. The free token number will appear on the screen which will then be entered into the meter according to the customer’s identification.

WhatsApp is an alternative way for PLN customers who have difficulty accessing www.pln.co.id. Here’s how to claim free or discounted tokens:

1. Open the WhatsApp application and the chat number 08122-123-123

2. Enter the customer identification number and follow the instructions below

3. The October 2020 claim free electricity token number will be visible on the screen, which will then be entered into the meter.
