List of the 10 Indonesian Provinces with the Lowest Covid-19 Cases All Page

KOMPAS.com – Indonesia’s Covid-19 Task Force announced the addition of 4,538 new cases of the corona virus on Wednesday (7/10/2020).

So according to the data covid19.go.id, the total number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia reached 315,714.

Of these, 240,291 people were recorded as having recovered and another 11,472 died.

Therefore, Indonesia now has a total of 63,951 active cases of Covid-19.

Here are 10 provinces with the lowest number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia according to data from the Covid-19 Task Force:

1. Bangka Belitung Islands

First as the province with the lowest number of coronavirus cases are the Bangka Belitung Islands.

The province has a total of 438 cases of Covid-19 registered, of which 331 have been declared cured and another 6 have died.

2. East Nusa Tenggara

Then second as the province with the lowest coronavirus cases is East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

At NTT, there are currently 485 total registered cases of the corona virus, of which 336 recover and 6 die.

3. Central Sulawesi

Next in third position is Central Sulawesi Province. The province registered a total of 514 cases of Covid-19.

Of these, 328 patients recovered and 20 patients died.

4. North Kalimantan

North Kalimantan is in the fourth position with the lowest cases of coronavirus in Indonesia.

The region that is directly adjacent to Malaysia has so far recorded 623 positive cases of Covid-19, but 553 of them were successfully cured, while 5 died.

5. Jambi

In the fifth position as the province with the lowest cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia today is Jambi.

The province has a total of 669 registered cases of coronavirus infection. While the number of active cases was 303 recovered and another 14 died.

6. Bengkulu

Next is Bengkulu province with a total of 762 coronavirus cases.

Of these, 551 cases recovered and another 37 ended in death.

7. West Sulawesi

In seventh place is West Sulawesi.

The province recorded 862 cases of Covid-19 infection in its territory, but more than 50 percent or up to 478 cases have recovered, then 11 cases ended in death.

8. Lampung

Next is Lampung with a total of 1,031 cases of coronavirus infection recorded.

Of these, 732 have recovered and another 38 have died.

9. West Kalimantan

In ninth place as the province with the lowest number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia is West Kalimantan.

According to the most recent data, a total of 1,095 cases of Covid-19 infection were recorded in West Kalimantan, of which 878 recovered and 9 died.

10. North Maluku

Then in 10th place is North Maluku. This province, which is included in the eastern region of Indonesia, has registered a total of 2,077 cases of Covid-19.

Of these, North Sumatra recorded 1,831 recovered cases and 74 died.
