MILAN – LOSC Lille will face tough tests when it visits the San Siro Stadium on Friday, November 6, 2020, WIB. Therefore, the host is AC Milan, the club that coach Christophe Galtier calls him, has the level of the Champions League.

Group H of the 2020-2021 Europa League is one of the toughest in the second caste competition of the Blue Continent. Imagine, there are two former Champions League champs entrenched in the group, namely AC Milan and Glasgow Celtic.

Two other clubs, LOSC Lille and Sparta Praha, qualified after occupying the top five in their respective leagues last season. The club whose name is mentioned first is even perched on the second rung of the 2020-2021 French League, closely joining Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Now Les Dogues will undergo a tough test at San Siro. According to coach Christophe Galtier, AC Milan is a Champions-level club. He admitted, Rossoneri is the favorite team to classify the group.

“AC Milan is a team that has a Champions League level. They have experience, talent, speed and a deep squad. Against AC Milan it is a privilege, ”said Christophe Gaultier, quoted from the official LOSC Lille website, on Thursday (11/5/2020).

“AC Milan is a club steeped in history. However, now, like us, they are synonymous with experienced youth. They are the favorites of this group ”, added the French.

Despite LOSC Lille not being a historic rival, AC Milan still need to be vigilant. As already mentioned, Timothy Weah and his friends are currently shining in the 2020-2021 French League. The club in the red suit is even the only club that has not lost.

However, the recent performance of LOSC Lille is quite concerning. Of the five matches in all competitions, Lille has recorded three consecutive draws. The last victory was obtained on Friday, October 23, 2020 in the morning when Sparta Prague implied a score of 4-1.

On the other hand, for AC Milan, Stefano Pioli’s club remains unbeaten in 24 recent appearances in all competitions. Since the last five appearances, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and his friends have always won in all competitions.

The two teams, of course, are aiming for all the points to advance to the next round. Three additional points will bring AC Milan closer to the knockout phase. As for Lille, three points will displace AC Milan at the top.
