JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria said that people entering and leaving DKI Jakarta in private vehicles will be randomly tested for rapid antigens.
“Later, at random, this is technically being regulated. At random, we will run a rapid antigen test later,” Ariza said at DKI Jakarta City Hall on Thursday (12/17/2020).
Ariza said that the random verification of the land route was carried out because it was not possible to do it in its entirety.

This is because there are various community activities in the Jabodetabek area that are used to coming and going to Jakarta for work.
“Many people come and go from work to Jakarta and so on,” Ariza said.
The rapid antigen test to be carried out by the DKI Provincial Council, Ariza continued, will be prepared free of charge by the DKI Provincial Council.
“We prepare it, we will prepare it at random,” Ariza said.

Regarding the technical implementation and location points for the quick test inspection, Ariza continued, the regulation of the Ministry of Transportation is still expected to be adjusted.
“With regard to overland travel, from out of town to Bandung and so on, we are currently coordinating with the Ministry of Transport,” he said.
