PDIP politician Henry Yosodiningrat requested that his report on FPI leader Habib Rizieq Syihab be followed by the Jakarta Metro Police. Habib Rizieq’s team of lawyers, Damai Hari Lubis, questioned Henry Yoso’s purpose in reporting Rizieq to the police and asked that his report be withdrawn.

Henry previously said police did not follow up on his report because Habib Rizieq was out of the country. However, according to him, this view amounts to undermining the authority of the Interpol Polri. He admitted that he agreed with the police for not following up on the reports related to Habib Rizieq.
“So we feel that the National Police is right not to follow up on this case, although the National Police must obey and obey the applicable criminal law system because it is linked to the active national principle,” Damai said.
