jpnn.com, JAKARTA SELATAN – The South Jakarta city government revealed a new fact related to the Covid-19 group in Tebet that was linked to the crowd at the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday attended by Habib Rizieq Shihab.
South Jakarta Deputy Mayor Isnawa Adji said Tebet sub-district Puskesmas had conducted an active case search (ACF) and found 97 residents in RW 01, where the maulid activity took place.
They were then offered to take a swab test and the results showed that five people were positively infected with the Corona virus.
“After Mawlid (Red Friday), on Saturday (11/14) a swab was performed in Tebet. Of the 97 people, five tested positive,” said Isnawa, who is also chair of the COVID-19 Working Group, in South Jakarta in Tebet on Monday (23/11).
Isnawa explained that the officers did not know exactly how many people were present in the crowd for the Prophet’s birthday. Also, the congregation that came not only from Tebet, but also from various other areas.
It also revealed facts related to 50 Tebet residents who had previously tested positive for Covid-19.
From Isnawa’s explanation, it turns out that the total data for all residents has been confirmed positive for Tebet district, which was issued by the DKI Jakarta Health Office on November 19, 2020.
This was reinforced by the Director of Tebet Myrna Sub-District K Health Center, who emphasized that the 50 residents who tested positive for Covid-19 were not from the activities of the Prophet’s birthday crowd.
