Latest facts about Syur Gisel and MYD video case

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Singer Gisella Anastasia, also known as Gisel, and a man with the initials MYD have been named suspects in the exciting video case.

During questioning as witnesses, Gisel and MYD admitted that the 19-second video was himself.

The video was made by Gisel and MYD in 2017 at one of the hotels in Medan, North Sumatra.

Polda Metro Head of Public Relations Jaya Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus said that Gisel and MYD would meet again on Monday (4/1/2021) because their party scheduled them to be examined as suspects.

Meanwhile, when meeting at the Jakarta police headquarters, Yusri Yunus revealed the latest facts about this case.

Send videos to MYD

Yusri said the exciting video with adult content was recorded using Gisel’s own cell phone.

According to Yusri, after recording the video, Gisel sent the file to MYD through the AirDrop feature of the iPhone he had at the time.

“At that time, Sister GA also transferred using AirDrop to MYD,” said Yusri, on Wednesday (12/30/2020).

MYD hold for a week

During questioning as a witness, MYD claimed to have received the exciting video file and had time to save it.

“MYD’s confession was one week (saved) and then it was deleted,” Yusri said.

Gisel’s cell phone is damaged and lost

After a while, a close person held a cell phone of the singer of the song “Thief of the Heart”, which was undoubtedly damaged.

“Because a cell phone was damaged, one was lost. The one who lost the manager’s recognition, the one who was damaged was the same as his nephew,” Yusri said.

“His confession (two cell phones), he’s confused on where (where to record). The iPhone 7 or iPhone 8, we are still investigating,” Yusri said.

Involve KPAI

Yusri Yunus said his staff would review Gisel’s arrest because the suspect was known to have children.

However, considerations related to the arrest could only be made after Gisel was examined as a suspect on January 4, 2021.

In this consideration, Yusri also said that his party would involve the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) to help the only son Gisel.
