LIVE – The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) continues to investigate the shooting of six members of the FPI Laskar by the police. The Komnas HAM team also took information from PT Jasa Marga Tbk, who had CCTV at the scene of the incident, namely KM 50 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road or the Japek toll road.
“The Komnas HAM research team today, Wednesday December 16, 2020, has done this tracing to the Jakarta-Cikampek branch of Jasa Marga taking information and some evidence, “said the head of the investigation team, Choirul Anam, in his statement.
Then the Komnas HAM team will also follow up and dig it even deeper. That effort, so that everything can be traced together in a complete build of the event.
In this case, the team directly searched the field where there was a CCTV that was said to be dead at the time of the incident. He said the team appreciated Jasa Marga for her cooperation in investigating this case.
“The team has also carried out direct verifications in the field. To follow up on the information from Jasa Marga, to confirm, to view directly and then as material for analysis by the research team, ”said Choirul.
In addition to Jasa Marga, on this day, Komnas HAM also sent a summons to the doctor who performed an autopsy on the bodies of six members of the FPI army. Previous information was also taken during the investigation from the Chief of Police of Metro Jaya and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police Headquarters.
“This subpoena is directed to the doctor who performed the autopsy on the bodies of six people. It is important that the team obtain additional information to deepen both the procedure, process and background of the autopsy performed,” said Choirul.
