jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The D’Bunker bar in Jalan Melawai Raya, Kebayoran Baru, in South Jakarta, was sealed off by officers because they were caught violating various health protocols on New Years Eve 2021.
“D’Bunker at Jalan Melawai is really fatal, the crowd is quite large and they don’t wear masks, they don’t keep their distance,” said Polda Metro Director of Drug Research Jaya Kombes Pol Mukti Juharsa after raids on health protocols at D’Bunker Bar, early Friday (1/1) morning.
Mukti said that D’Bunker Bar had violated the Jakarta DKI provincial government regulations regarding the opening hours of cafes, restaurants and bars which were limited to 19.00 WIB.
“Time has passed, it must close at 7:00 p.m. All the other cafes have closed, this means fighting against the officers,” he said.
Regarding this, Mukti said that the Metro Jaya Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate would recommend that the Jakarta Satpol PP revoke the D’Bunker Bar permit.
Later, Satpol officers sealed off the area and officers from the Jakarta Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate also set up a police line at D’Bunker Bar.
“This is my police line and it will be sealed and I made a recommendation to the PP Police to revoke the permit. This also violates it, there are 20 more crowds here but complete (the violation) is not wearing masks, not keeping distance “, said.
Mukti said the bar manager admitted he was not aware of the governor’s regulations regarding restrictions on the hours of operation of cafes, bars and restaurants.
