Klopp likes how Liverpool won

Liverpool beat Chelsea 2-0 in the Premier League. Reds coach Juergen Klopp likes the look of his team.

The second week Premier league will meet Chelsea vs Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Sunday night (9/20) WIB. Liverpool won two unanswered goals, all of which were bought by Sadio Mane.

Liverpool have also passed the first two games with victories. The defending champion managed to overcome fierce resistance from Leeds United with a final score of 4-3 and then silenced Chelsea 2-0.

For manager Juergen Klopp, victory over Chelsea is not easy. Although the Reds, they won by winning the number of players after the Blues defender, Andreas Christensen received a red card at the end of the first half.

“In the second half against 10 players, everything has changed. But I like the way the players were in the first half,” Klopp was quoted as saying on Liverpool’s official website.

“I love the way they solve problems, the way they come out of lockdown and the way they control the game,” he continued.

Juergen Klopp emphasized that Chelsea put up a tough fight in the first half. Several times, the action of Timo Werner et al was quite problematic for Liverpool’s bottom line.

“Until finally, we realized that we had to move faster and send the ball faster. Then there was the red card,” Klopp said.

Liverpool is now perched in fourth place in the Premier League standings with six points. Chelsea is in 10th place.
