JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The police revealed how the patients and nurses of the Covid-19 Emergency Hospital, Wisma Atlet Kemayoran knew each other and ended up having sex.
The head of the Central Jakarta Metropolitan Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKBP Burhanuddin, revealed that the nasty action started when JN’s patients and Wisma Atlet’s nurses contacted each other through a request.
According to him, the app is specifically for same-sex enthusiasts. The application allows people within a certain radius to meet and communicate with each other.
“Since they both liked it, these health workers eventually made it to JN in tower 5. They eventually had a similar relationship and the health worker opened his PPE (personal protective equipment),” Burhanuddin said at a news conference at the Central Jakarta Police on Tuesday (1/19/2021).

Based on the investigation, JN, who worked as a barista at a café in the Cempaka Putih area, admitted to having sex with a nurse twice. The sex took place on December 24 and 25, 2020.
“They had relatives in the bathroom in Tower 5,” Burhanuddin said.
After the second sexual relationship, JN also told about his kinky act through an anonymous Twitter account, @bottialter. JN also uploaded a WhatsApp screenshot that shows chat unpleasant with the nurse.
JN also uploaded a photo of personal protective equipment (PPE) said to belong to the nurse, which came off.

The netizen responded immediately to this admission. Several accounts are busy reporting it to the relevant agencies.
Subsequently, JN blocked his Twitter account so that the public could not access it. However, the screenshot of the patient’s confession was already viral and was eventually investigated.
Burhanuddin said JN has now been named a suspect.
It is considered that it spreads immoral content and is charged with stratified articles, namely, article 36 in conjunction with article 10 of Law 44 of 2008 on pornography and article 27 paragraph 1 of Law 19 of 2016 on information and electronic transactions .
“This case is a criminal case of pornography and / or the ITE crime of disseminating content that violates decency,” Burhanuddin said.
JN is threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 6 years and a fine of 1 billion rupees.
Meanwhile, the nurses were not charged with any articles because they did not upload immoral content to social media like JN.
On the other hand, there is no law regulating the prohibition of sexual relations outside of marriage, even between patients and health workers.
“Because our law has not yet been regulated,” Burhanuddin said.
Although he was not convicted, the nurse was released from Wisma Atlet Hospital for his actions.
