Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –
President of the Front of Islamic Defenders (FPI) Ahmad Shabri Lubis and the commander of the Islamic Defenders Army (LPI), Maman Suryadi, arrived at Polda Metro Jaya, on Monday (12/14) around 10.00 WIB.
The two came to Polda Metro Jaya to be examined as suspects in the crowd case in Petamburan, central Jakarta.
FPI attorney Sugito Atmo Prawiro said Shabri and Maman’s arrival was not to turn themselves in, but to undergo an examination.
“We did not come to give up, we came to be examined, because it was the second call, if the third call could be answered by force,” Sugito said in Polda Metro Jaya, on Monday (12/14).
In the case of this crowd, the police are known to have named six people as suspects.
They are Rizieq Shihab, Shabri Lubis and Maman Suryadi, Haris Ubaidillah, Ali Bin Alwi Alatas and Idrus.
