JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Chief of the Public Information Office of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Brigadier General (Pol) Awi Setiyono, said that the Chief of the Sabhara Blitar Police, AKP Agus Tri Susetyo, was transferred to the Regional Police of East Java to facilitate the investigation process.
Agus is known to have resigned from the National Police because he admitted that he could not bear the leadership of his superior, Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya.
“An order from the Chief of Police to Karo SDM and the Chief of Propam, concerned for immediate clarification. Then, to make things easier, be immediately withdrawn at the East Java Regional Police Headquarters,” Awi said at the Bareskrim building in South Jakarta on Friday (10/2/2020).
Awi said, so far his party continues to deepen the session on the controversial issue.

The Professional and Security Sector of the East Java Regional Police (Propam) and the East Java Regional Police Inspectorate (Irwasda) have been deployed to clarify the related parties.
“Bid Propam also has investigators, then in Irwasda there are also auditors. Of course they will later clarify and find out what facts there are, ”he said.
Reportedly, Blitar AKP Police Chief of Sabhara Unit Agus Hendro Tri Susetyo submitted his resignation to members of the National Police.
He did so because he could not bear the insults his superior, Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya, used to say.
“I no longer have the strength to be subordinate to the Chief of Police (Blitar), and I requested early retirement without demanding anything from the National Police,” said Agus when he met in front of the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Headquarters Building. In addition to resigning, Agus also reported the Blitar Police Chief on suspicion of neglecting cockfighting game and illegal mining in the Blitar Regency area.

Confirmed separately, Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani admitted that he only gave a reasonable warning to his subordinates.
He considered that the reprimand directed at his men was still within the bounds of decorum.
Fanani accused his subordinates of not joining the service since September 21, 2020.
“I fully submit to the East Java Regional Police regarding violations by their subordinates. The officers handle it directly by the East Java Regional Police, including sanctions,” Ahmad said.
