President Joko Widodo officially signed it. all the law Job Creation Law, Monday (11/2). The Copyright Law was promulgated in number 11 of 2020.
The government has officially uploaded a copy of the Job Creation Act on the Setneg.go.id website. On the site, the Employment Creation Law contains 1,187 pages.
The special staff of Finance Minister (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati in the field of strategic communication, Yustinus Prastowo, also distributed copies of the Job Creation Act to the media. And, Yustinus also confirmed that the law had been signed by Jokowi.

Several people, including workers who planned to challenge the regulation, had previously been awaiting the numbering of the Job Creation Law.
Until Monday (11/2) afternoon, KSPSI President Andi Gani Nena Wea stated that he was still waiting for the draft of the Employment Creation Law.
KSPSI stated that it would sue immediately if President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) signed the law.
“In 1 x 24 hours if President Jokowi signs the Employment Creation Law, the next day the workers will definitely file a lawsuit before the Constitutional Court,” Andi said in his statement on Monday (12/10/2020).
The Constitutional Court can prove the laws both formally and materially. This is in line with the provisions of article 57 subsections 1 and 2 of Law No. 24 of 2003 on the Constitutional Court.
Through formal evidence, the Constitutional Court can decide that a law is completely annulled because the process violates rulemaking principles.
The DPR and the government approved the Omnibus Law on Cipta Kerja as of October 5. According to the regulations, President Joko Widodo must pass the law immediately within 30 days. The deadline is 30 days, until November 4, 2020.
The Indonesian Center for Legal and Policy Studies (PSHK) stated that if the president does not sign the law within 30 days, the job creation bill remains valid. The government also requires that the law be enacted.
