POTENSIBUSNIS – Top 50 Muslims list in the list of the 500 most influential Muslims in the world in 2021 has been published. There are three Indonesians who entered the Top 50.
Erdogan ranks first this year and surpasses King Salman bin Abdulaziz (King of Saudi Arabia).
In 2020, Erdogan ranks sixth and King Salman fourth. The figure who ranked No. 1 last year was Deobandi leader Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Usmani, now in fifth position.
The list of the world’s 500 most influential Muslims in 2021 is published by the Royal Center for Islamic Strategic Studies, an independent research institute affiliated with the Aal Al Bayt Institute for Kingdom Islamic Thought, based in Amman, Jordan.
The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Center (RISSC) claims that influential Muslims are Muslims who have an impact on the Muslim world. This impact can be positive or negative, depending on the point of view used.
