KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The trial of the corruption case in PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Jiwasraya) was held again, on Thursday (10/15), with the reading of the charges against the two defendants, namely the President Director of PT Hanson International Tbk ( MYRX) Benny Tjokrosaputro and PT Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM) President Commissioner Heru Hidayat.
The prosecutor in the trial that took place in Prof. Dr. H M. Hatta Ali, SH MH of the Central Corruption Court of Jakarta, charged Benny Tjokro with life imprisonment.
