“As for the governor sending a letter to the president containing the aspirations of his citizens to reject the Employment Creation Act, it should not be necessary,” said Jimly through his Twitter account @JimlyAs.
According to him, it is not the duty of a governor to channel aspirations.
He affirmed that the governor as head of the region is obliged to obey the laws established by the central government.
