KOMPAS.com – The defendant in the ITE Act in the IDI case “Kacung WHO”, Jerinx, questioned the panel of judges about his mistakes.

This happened when the prosecutor reread Jerinx’s indictment during the follow-up hearing in Denpasar District Court on Tuesday (9/22/2020).

The reading of the accusation was repeated because at the preliminary hearing, Jerinx and its legal authority “withdrew.”

After the indictment was read, Jerinx questioned the JPU’s decision to recite the indictment in its entirety.

Jerinx also mentioned his statement about the failure of the Indonesian Physicians Association (IDI) by the WHO.

“I’m sorry, Your Honor, why was my statement on the IDI not read in its entirety, but instead reached a one-sided conclusion,” Jerinx said in a virtual hearing on the Denpasar District Court YouTube channel, cited by Bali tribune, Tuesday (9/22/2020).

“Actually, what is my fault? Do I have the potential to dissolve IDI?” he said.
