DENPASAR, KOMPAS.com – The ITE Act defendant in the “IDI Kacung WHO” case, I Gede Ari Astina aka Jerinx, was subjected to a duplicate agenda trial in Denpasar District Court on Tuesday (11/17/2020).
The duplicate is the response of the accused through his legal advisor to the reply presented by the Prosecutor’s Office (JPU) in the previous trial.
After the trial, Jerinx hopes the judge will give the fairest verdict or verdict.
“My hope is that the judge will give a fair decision,” Jerinx told PN Denpasar on Tuesday.

Jerinx, who was accompanied by his mother at the time, said that he shouldn’t think he was hurting the feelings of others, including his parents.
In fact, according to him, this matter could be resolved well.
He hopes the verdict will show that Indonesia is a wise and non-authoritarian country.
“As the mother (judge), the mother of the judge, I still owe my first grandchildren to my parents. Therefore, I hope they give me comfort. Don’t let my opinion hurt my parents’ feelings,” Jerinx said.
Regarding the duplicates presented, Jerinx said his attorney discovered many weaknesses on the part of the prosecutor.
