The Bogor District Government, West Java, extended social restrictions on a large scale (PSBB) pre-adaptation of new habits (AKB) from Friday (9/11). Meanwhile, the city of Bogor is once again implementing social restrictions at the micro and community scale (PSBMK) from Saturday (9/12).
Previously, DKI Jakarta decided to conduct a full PSBB as of Monday (9/14). Governor Anies Baswedan also held a meeting with the regional heads of the buffer areas, namely Bogor, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, on Thursday (10/9 /).
“The Bogor Regency Covid-19 Task Force extended the Pre-AKB PSBB to a safe and productive community from September 11 to 29, 2020,” Bogor Regent Ade Yasin said in a written statement received by CNNIndonesia.com on Friday ( 11/9).
The policy, which is an extension of the third phase of the pre-AKB PSBB, is set out in Regent Decree Number 443/432 / Kpts / Per-UU / 2020 which refers to Perbup Number 60 of 2020 on Thursday (10/9 ).
The consideration is that Bogor Regency is still in the category of zone orange or moderate risk of transmission on the zoning map of the National Covid-19 Task Force for Accelerated Management.
“And the follow-up to the results of the Covid-19 management assessment meeting in Jabodetabek on September 9, 2020,” Ade continued.
In this third extension, Ade emphasized that there were a number of additional regulations. Among them are restrictions on the hours of operation of shopping centers and restaurants.
Previously, in the second phase of the pre-AKB PSBB (August 14-September 10), the shopping centers operated from 10.00 to 21.00 WIB.
“The limitation of the opening hours of the shopping center from 10.00-19.00 WIB with a maximum visitor rate of 60 percent, Supermarkets from 10.00-19.00 WIB with a maximum number of visitors of 50 percent and Minimarkets from 08.00-19.00 WIB with a maximum of visitors of 50 percent of the capacity of the store ”, explained.
Food stall activities, which were previously given the flexibility to open from 10:00 to 21:00 WIB, are now being reduced as they are only allowed to operate from 10:00 to 19:00 WIB.
Not only that, several public facilities that were relaxed during the second phase will start to tighten up again in this third phase of the pre-AKB PSBB.
“Public swimming pools, water parks and the like are closed,” Ade said.
On the other hand, the mayor of Bogor, Bima Arya Sugiarto, said that he will extend the implementation of the PSBMK from 12 to 14 September.
Previously, the Bogor city government implemented PSBMK for two weeks, from August 29 to September 11. By implementing the PSBMK, the Bogor city government has imposed restrictions on the activities of residents outside the home until 21.00 WIB and restrictions on the operation of business premises until 18.00 WIB.
According to Bima, the temporary extension of the PSBMK for three days is to anticipate the policy of the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to reintroduce the PSBB as of September 14, while waiting for the latest data on the alert status of each region from the Working Group .
“The three-day extension will be used to consider policies to be adopted by the Bogor city government, while further policies are awaited from the DKI Jakarta provincial government,” he said.

Even so, Bima continued, Anies would still first coordinate with the central government regarding the implementation of the PSBB.
“The results of the coordination with the central government may be presented to Bodebek on Monday (9/14),” said Bima.
