“We went there before, bringing PEH who is used to dealing with leopards. PEH often comes surveillance leopards and others. Then earlier I went to Glagaharjo Village. We also made an explanatory video, which was clearly a dog trail. Because, the cat breed is like a lynx (felis bengalensis), a house cat, or a tiger if they walk their nails are always hidden, it is impossible to get out, ”said Pujiati on Tuesday (11/24/2020).

Meanwhile, footprints on the Suruh-Singlar evacuation route show fingernail marks. So the animal’s foot pads are also triangular.

“It is clearly a dog trail. If the tiger tends to be slightly rounded or slightly oval. That’s an explanation from PEH, “Pujiati said.

BTNGM will attempt to install multiple cameras around the Suruh-Singlar evacuation route because several residents claimed to have seen leopards in the area.
