KOMPAS.com – The owner of the TikTok account @ julio.ioio apologized after the video he uploaded went viral in cyberspace. In the video, he tells of an “unpleasant” experience buying an iPhone 12 from an iBox store.
Through a short video, @ julio.ioio admitted that he did not intend to defeat any party, except simply to provide entry to the iBox.
He also explained that this was not his first shopping experience at iBox outlets. He claims to have several Apple products that he bought from iBox, such as Macbook Pro Touch Bar, iPad Pro, and two iPhones.

The apology video uploaded by @ julio.ioio is a response to the viral “shopping experience video” that he previously uploaded through his personal TikTok account.
The video narrates that the account holder received unpleasant treatment when he needed information about the iPhone 12 on Thursday, December 24, 2020.
According to the account owner, iBox sellers in Senayan City do not provide good service due to their appearance. To date, it has been witnessed by more than 10.3 million TikTok users.

After being widely discussed by TikTok and Twitter users, the video uploaded by the owner of the TikTok account @ julio.ioio received a response from Erajaya.
Erajaya also conducted a search by interviewing the personnel involved and reviewing CCTV footage at the time of the incident.
