JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The case of the management of the red notice Djoko Tjandra and the defendant Tommy Sumardi continued in the Jakarta Corruption Court yesterday Tuesday (11/24/2020).

In this trial, Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte was presented as a witness.

In front of the panel of judges, Napoleon revealed the issue of Tommy Sumardi’s closeness with the head of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police (Kabareskrim) Listiyo Sigit and the vice president of the DPR Azis Syamsuddin.

Napoleon initially spoke about the arrival of Tommy Sumardi and Police Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo to his room at TMMC Polri, in April 2020.

At that moment, Napoleon said, Tommy asked Prasetijo to leave his room.

In that room, Napoleon said, Tommy asked him to explain the status of Djoko Tjandra’s red notice.
