Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Leader of the Front of Islamic Defenders (FPI), Muhammad Rizieq Shihab (MRS) is rumored to be returning to Indonesia on November 10. Rizieq has been in Saudi Arabia, as of 2017.

The Indonesian ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Agus Maftuh Abegebriel, revealed Rizieq Shihab’s fingerprints during his stay there.

According to data from the Saudi Arabian immigration system, it was recorded that Rizieq arrived for the first time on April 26, 2017 with an Umrah visa. He landed at Madinah airport at 17:13 local time.

“Then he left Saudi Arabia but did not return to Indonesia. The MRS used an Umrah visa again for Saudi Arabia and went through the immigration gate of Jeddah airport on May 14, 2017 at 07.35,” Agus explained to CNNIndonesia.com, Friday (6/11).

“Then leave Saudi Arabia and not Indonesia,” he continued.

Rizieq then returned to Saudi Arabia on a business visit visa or ta’syirah ziyarah tijariyah through Jeddah airport on June 9, 2017 at 12:29 pm This visa is valid for 365 days.

This business visit visa is known to have conditions. That is, every 90 days you have to leave or leave Saudi Arabia.

To meet this requirement, it was noted that Rizieq had traveled to Turkey. Then, it was also pointed out that Rizieq had come from Oman and Morocco on April 21, 2018 and was subsequently unable to leave Saudi Arabia.

“Actually, if MRS intends to return to Indonesia from Morocco, at that time it could very, very easily fly back to Jakarta via Doha, Qatar or Dubai. But that was not done. MRS could respond,” he said Agus.

In addition, Agus explained, it was also clearly written in the immigration system that Rizieq was on the deportation list.

“The name of MRS is included in the list of deportees ‘tasjil murahhal’. I advise MRS: There is no need to be ashamed of the state in the Saudi immigration computer system,” said Agus.
