Raids at Delta Spa and Lounge in Serpong, South Tangerang have long lines. Delta Spa runs the risk of having its business license revoked for violating Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB).
The head of the Investigation and Investigation Section of the Tangsel Satpol PP, Muksin Al Fachry, said his party would recommend that Delta Spa’s operating license be revoked.
“Most likely I will revoke the permit, we recommend revoking the permit to PTSP (One Stop Integrated Service),” Muksin said when contacted on Wednesday (10/7/2020).
Currently, his party has sanctioned the temporary closure of commercial activities at Delta Spa. Tangsel Satpol PP also imposed a fine of Rs 1 million on the management.
“Later we will close the place and will be fined Rp. 1 million,” South Tangerang Satpol PP Investigation and Investigation Section Chief Muksin Al Fachry said when contacted on Wednesday (10/7/2020).
Muksin stated that the sanctions were in accordance with Regulation Number 32/2020 in relation to the fourth amendment to Regulation Number 13 of 2020 regarding the Implementation of PSBB in the Management Context of COVID-19. Article 28, paragraph 2, letter c, says: “ Any leader / person in charge of a commercial actor involved in a certain sector who violates the temporary suspension of work activities and / or violates the provisions referred to in article 9, paragraph 2), may be subject to an administrative fine of 1 million IDR ‘.
“In Perwal, there was a fine of Rp. 1 million there,” Muksin said.
“That is (according to) Regulation No. 32/2020,” he added.
