The police also arrested 5 people from the demonstration in the Bumijo area. They were then taken to the Police Headquarters.

According to Yuli, the police will process the crime scene (TKP) as well as investigate and prosecute the perpetrator.

“Yes (we do the crime scene and investigate this case),” he said.

For now, the police have not named a suspect and are still investigating.

“(Any suspect) is not yet under investigation,” he said.

Meanwhile, Yogyakarta Police Chief Kombes Purwadi Wahyu Anggoro added that the police would trace the participation of those who had been secured.

“What is clear is that if we secure it, we can identify and trace it and how it is involved,” Kombes Purwadi said tonight.

On the possibility of an intruder in the action, Purwadi refused to speculate.
