JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The incident against members of the Siliwangi Bandung Chapter of the Harley-Davidson Owners Group (HOG) against members of TNI in Bukittinggi prompted the Harley-Davidson Club Indonesia (HDCI) community to issue a circular.

In the circular signed by Komjen (ret) Nanan Soekarna, there are seven points of appeal.

First, HDCI appealed to all members of all regulations during the tours.

“We urge you to always comply with all applicable laws and regulations and always be guided by the six organizational values ​​in every activity performed,” wrote HDCI President Komjen (Purn) Nanan Soekarna through his official circular, on Monday (11/2/2020), quoted from Tribunnews.

Second, the organization will take firm action and sanction if anarchist, inhuman and harmful actions are detected for the organization.

Third, Nanan called for all touring activities and activities involving large-scale groups to be temporarily postponed.
