Selebgram Muhammad Millendaru Prakasa, alias Millen Cyrus, was detained by police in a male cell after being caught in a narcotics case. NasDem Faction RI Commission III DPR Vice Chairman Ahmad Sahroni asked the police to consider Millen’s psychological factor.
“The police should have considered more psychological factors in this case,” Sahroni told reporters on Tuesday (11/24/2020).
Other than that, Sahroni suggested that the police discuss it with a psychologist. The results of the discussion can become the basis for the police to determine whether Millen remains detained in the male cell or transferred to the female cell.
“While waiting for a psychologist to study, Millen should be placed in a special cell, not men, not women,” Sahroni added.

Sahroni worries that if Millen is placed in a male cell, there will be harassment.
“Because if they put you in a men’s cell, not only will harassment occur, but there will be the potential for sexual harassment,” Sahroni said.
As previously reported, Millen was arrested at a hotel in North Jakarta. Millen was arrested with a man with the initials J. From the drug case that caught Millen, police seized evidence in the form of a methamphetamine or suction device from a bong, a bottle of liquor, and 0.36 grams of crystal methamphetamine.
Millen was detained in a men’s cell because the arrest was carried out with reference to the gender that appears in Millen’s identity.
“Yes (Millen will be placed in a cell) according to the gender indicated in his KTP, yes. Yes, while he is in his KTP, he is a man,” said Tanjung Priok Port Police Chief, AKBP Ahrie Sonta , on Monday (11/23).
The police are still accommodating suggestions regarding the location of Millen Cyrus in the cell. Listen on the next page
